Processing
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on whether the item is in stock or a preorder:
- In-Stock Items: Processed within 1-3 business days and once they leave our facility it takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Preorder Items: Processed and delivered within 14-20 days.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Processing
It takes approximately 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-3 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders. Additional processing time may be required during sale and holiday periods.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday in the order they are received.
- Packages leave our facility Monday through Friday before noon PT.
- Orders placed after 12 pm PT, will be processed the following business day.
- All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During busier periods it can sometimes take up an additional two business days for your order to be shipped.
Restrictions
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to specific addresses. So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one so that we avoid your package getting lost.
Failed Delivery Situation
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
If you have filled in your address incorrectly, please contact customer service at info@louvore.com immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed. We usually respond within 1-2 business days, please remember to check your spam emails!
If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out via our contact form , or contact us at info@louvore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
