Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

RETURNS DUE TO A CHANGE OF MIND

If you are returning the item due to improper fit, dislike in color, dislike of style, etc. the return will be at your own expense. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Only the cost of the product will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.

TO START A RETURN DUE TO A CHANGE OF MIND:

  1. Please visit our Return Center on our website, and initiate a return by specifying your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will email you return instructions on where to send your package.
  3. After receiving the return instructions from us, you may use the original packaging to pack the item to be returned to us. 
  4. Bring your packaged item to your local post office.
  5. Make sure to get a receipt for your records and provide us with a tracking number.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM WAS SENT TO YOU

If you are returning an item because of a mistake we made, like receiving an incorrect item or size, please request a return label for that specific item through our Return Center. You will be reimbursed for the purchase price and we will cover the shipping costs specifically for that item. 

TO START A RETURN IN CASE OF A MISTAKE MADE ON OUR PART

  1. Please visit our Return Center on our website, and initiate a return by specifying your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. After receiving the return instructions from us, you may use the original packaging to pack the item to be returned, and affix the return label to your package. Make sure you remove old shipping labels or cover it with the new one.
  4. Bring your packaged item to the local post office.
  5. Make sure to get a receipt for your records and to provide us with a tracking number.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
  • Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT  be accepted.
  • Once we inspect your return item, if it does not meet the return criteria and is denied, we will notify you via email.
  • Your order will be shipped back to you within 4-7 business days and we will deduct the shipping cost from your initial order amount. 

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS: 

  • Items on our website that indicate that are not available for returns.
  • Items that are damaged or have been used. 
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any water bottles, undergarments, bodysuits, or socks for hygiene reasons.
  • Currently, we cannot support International returns for purchases made in the US. 
  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • Items with piling may be subject to denial.
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
  • Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
  • All "sale" and "clearance" items are final sale.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we will provide support for you to process a return of the item(s) you wish to send back to as and we will process your refund. Please note that any shipping fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IF MY RETURNED PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

  • Please note that items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Louvóre.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage. 
  • We will not issue a refund for items that have been misplaced or lost in transit.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
